Verizon DSL Sucks!

This company is the absolute worst! Never ever support them or get this service! I have been on hold for an hour! My modem is crap and they won't even beleive me or do anything for 36 hours! Then now I'm on the phone I called at 4pm an hour early before the modem request section closes at 5pm its now after 5pm and I'm still on hold! Besides the DSL never connecting the god damn customer support fucking phone line won't connect! Do your self a favor and get AT&T cable its more than worth it and the customer support and connection good and its way faster than Verizon.
